Brent Bachochin

Founder & CEO

Brent Bachochin is the founder of Pinnacle Fulfillment and a 30-year veteran in global ecommerce, wholesale, and retail logistics.

Prior to founding Pinnacle, Mr. Bachochin served as Executive Vice President of Supply Chain Operations for Centric Brands, a $2.5 billion Blackstone Capital-owned portfolio of more than 100 iconic owned and licensed brands — including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour, Coach, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Nautica, Spyder, Billabong, and Quiksilver — shipping to retailers such as Walmart, Target, Kohl’s, Nordstrom, Costco, and Macy’s, as well as direct-to-consumer channels.

Previously, Mr. Bachochin spent 18 years at Cornerstone Brands, a $1.3 billion portfolio of home furnishings and apparel direct-to-consumer and retail brands including Frontgate, Ballard Designs, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill, managing global operations.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Bachochin held operational leadership roles at International Paper, Ryder Logistics, NCH Corporation, Glazer’s, and Solo Cup Company.

Mr. Bachochin holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

Derrick Lambdin

Chief Operating and Commercial Officer

Derrick Lambdin serves as Chief Operating and Commercial Officer at Pinnacle Fulfillment, where he leads the company’s operational and commercial strategy with a focus on operational excellence, customer success, and scalable growth.

Derrick brings a results-driven approach to building high-performing teams, developing strong customer partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions that help brands grow. In his role, he works cross-functionally across the organization to execute Pinnacle Fulfillment’s commitment to premium final mile experiences.

Maddie Ebert

Office Manager

Maddie Ebert serves as Office Manager at Pinnacle Fulfillment, where she plays a vital role in supporting the company’s continued growth and operational excellence. Drawing on her management experience with both Lowe’s and Dollar General, Maddie brings a strong background in team leadership, process management, customer service, and operational efficiency.

At Pinnacle Fulfillment, Maddie oversees many of the company’s core administrative and operational functions. She leads recruiting and onboarding efforts, helping attract and integrate high-quality team members while ensuring a positive employee experience from day one. She also manages reporting, scheduling, compliance, and the coordination of new customer deployments, ensuring every implementation is organized, efficient, and executed to the highest standard.

Known for her attention to detail, organization, and proactive approach, Maddie works closely with both customers and operations to keep daily activities running smoothly while supporting the company’s commitment to exceptional service. Her ability to manage multiple priorities, improve processes, and maintain strong communication across departments makes her an invaluable part of the Pinnacle Fulfillment leadership team.

Michael Reynolds

Vice President — Operations

Michael Reynolds oversees daily logistics operations across Pinnacle Fulfillment’s distribution network. With more than 20 years of experience in last-mile delivery and supply chain management, he specializes in route optimization, operational efficiency
